THE ZAZZY PROMPOSAL CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING DO NOT INCREASE WITH A PURCHASE.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be of legal age on the platform through which they are submitting their video.
2. Agreement to Rules
By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by the Official Rules and decisions. Drayton Entertainment reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion.
3. Entry Period
The contest is open to entries from 12 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023, to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2023. Winners will be chosen and notified on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
4. How to Enter
Contestants may upload photos or videos of their creative Promposal to their social media platform of choice and tag Drayton Entertainment to enter the contest. Users must tag one of the following accounts:

@drayton_theatres on Twitter
@draytonentertainment on TikTok
Users who are not comfortable submitting on social media may email their submissions to marketing@draytonentertainment.com to be entered into the contest.
5. Prizes
Five winners will be selected and will receive two tickets each to the Opening Night of The Prom on May 18, 2023, at the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse. Should the winners not be available to attend the performance on that date, an alternative date will be arranged. The tickets provided are complimentary and there is no cash equivalent prize.
6. Odds
The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be selected by the Drayton Entertainment Marketing Department. Winners will be chosen by noon on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, and will be notified via the platform they submitted their entry.
8. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Upon submission, the entrant grants the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will be disqualified.
9. Terms & Conditions
Drayton Entertainment reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this contest in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.
Drayton Entertainment reserves the right to offer a different, but equal in value prize should the production be cancelled, suspended, or unable to occur for whatever reason.
10. Limitation of Liability
Entry into the contest constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Drayton Entertainment and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims of liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
11. Privacy Policy
By tagging Drayton Entertainment you are entering the contest and consenting to us sharing your photos or videos without compensation or approval. If you do not want your submission to be used in marketing and publicity campaigns for the contest or the production, you can email marketing@draytonentertainment.com with your submission. All submissions received via email will be considered confidential and will not be shared.

A list of winners will be posted on Drayton Entertainment’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter platforms and on the organization’s website at: https://draytonentertainment.com/promposal
13. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the contest, you certify that you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the above rules.
