Professional Audition Notices
Auditions for professional performers are held periodically throughout our season. Drayton Entertainment is a member of PACT (Professional Association of Canadian Theatres) and engages professional artists under the Canadian Theatre Agreement.
If you would like to be considered for an audition, please submit an up-to-date resume and photo by email to auditions@draytonentertainment.com.
We accept resumes in Word or PDF only. Photos may submitted as JPEG, TIFF or PDF files only.
Selection of candidates: Please ensure that you provide your current contact information including telephone and email. We will contact those individuals who are selected for an audition.
Location and timing: Auditions are held at various locations. If you are granted an audition, you will be informed of its location when your appointment is made.
NOTICE OF GENERAL AUDITIONS
DRAYTON ENTERTAINMENT is seeking exceptional Singer/Actors for our 2027 Season.
Auditions are by appointment only.
TORONTO: September 8, 9, and 10, 2026
Auditions in Cambridge to be announced at a later date
An open dance call to be announced at a later date.
IN ATTENDANCE: Alex Mustakas, Founder and CEO & David Connolly, Artistic Director.
Audition requirements:
Those selected to audition will be asked to prepare 2 contrasting songs of not longer than 2 minutes, showcasing voice and range; at least one should be a musical theatre song. Please feel free to sing something appropriate to a production or productions of interest. Artists may not be asked to sing both. Bring sheet music in the appropriate key. An accompanist will be provided.
