Artists, programs, prices, and times subject to change without notice. Every person entering the auditorium must have a valid ticket. All youth must be seated with an adult. Children under the age of two are discouraged. Age recommendations are noted for each production. There is no official rating system for live theatre. Judgment should be used based on children’s age and maturity level. Any person whose presence or conduct is deemed disruptive or objectionable may be asked to leave by management. Expulsion cancels and forfeits this ticket, including all claims to a refund.
Latecomers are seated at a suitable beak in the show at the discretion of management. Cameras and recording devices are prohibited inside the theatre. Mobile devices must be turned off during the show. Please refrain from wearing scented products.
All ticket sales are final – no refunds. Tickets for the Drayton Entertainment season may be exchanged (subject to availability) with 24 hours’ notice prior to the performance. A $5 charge per ticket applies; waived for Members. The holder is responsible for inquiring about procedures and rules regarding refunds and/or exchanges for other events. The theatre is not responsible for tickets sold by unauthorized entities.
Your use of this ticket constitutes acknowledgement of willingness to appear in photographs and video recordings taken in public areas of the building and releases the theatre, its lessees, and all others from liability resulting from the use of such photographs or video recordings.

Paying For Your Tickets
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Drayton Entertainment Gift Certificates, money orders (in Canadian funds), cheques, and we’ll even accept cash.
Picking-up Your Tickets
Tickets for any Drayton Entertainment production can be picked up at the Box Office at each facility. For tickets purchased by phone, if your selected performance is within 14 days of the time you placed the order, we will hold the tickets at the Box Office. Otherwise, your tickets will be sent to you through Canada Post. Express Mail is available at an additional fee.
Inclement Weather Policy
Performances are rarely cancelled. In the event of a severe weather cancellation, a notice will be posted on this website and Box Office Representatives will contact ticket holders to discuss alternative ticketing arrangements as soon as possible.
