- Exchanges are only accepted with 24 hours’ notice prior to the performance for alternate dates as publicized for this special offer. A $5 exchange service charge per ticket applies; waived for Members. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different performance or production without added cost. Any exchange for a different performance will result in the $5 exchange service charge, plus the difference in price from a regular ticket ($55+HST) or a Discount Day ticket ($45+HST).
