Drayton Entertainment is incredibly pleased to present the Shaw Festival's 2024 Season hit production of Agatha Christie’s thrilling courtroom drama to new audiences throughout the province. 

When a wealthy, older woman is found brutally murdered, there is only one suspect: Leonard Vole, her handsome, charming, and much-younger lover. Sure, he has a motive, but did he actually do it? The stakes are high, and so is the tension in this gripping story of justice, passion, and betrayal. 

As revelations unfold and a surprising witness’ testimony comes to light, join the jury in the impossibly difficult task of deciding the fate of the accused.  If you’re a fan of riveting drama, you won’t want to miss this shocker that cleverly and slyly shows the best defense is a killer offense.

Amazing production of a classic Agatha Christie. The sets were almost majestic in appearance giving the impression of old British tradition, law and order. The costumes- especially those of Mrs. Vole- added to the atmosphere of mystery completely. And the acting! The cast all gave incredible, emotional performances! Hats off to the entire production team. Do not miss this show!
