St. Jacobs Country Playhouse Announces 2026 SeasonDrayton Entertainment's Artistic Director David Connolly today announced the 2026 Season for the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse.
The Washington Post heralds it as “one of the most remarkable shows in musical theatre history” and The New York Times calls it “a gut-punching, breathtaking knockout of a musical.” Dear Evan Hansen is the deeply personal and profoundly contemporary musical about life and the way we live it in the digital age. It has struck a remarkable chord with audiences of all ages and critics everywhere.
All his life, anxious and lonely teenager Evan Hansen has felt invisible. But when a tragic event shocks the community and thrusts him into the center of a rapidly evolving controversy, Evan is given the opportunity of a lifetime: the chance to finally be somebody else.
