Randy has played leading roles at theatres across Canada, including CanStage, Tarragon, Factory, Theatre Passe Muraille, National Arts Centre, Necessary Angel, Crows, Soulpepper, Citadel, The Mirvishes, The Arts Club, Neptune, Theatre Calgary, etc. He has been nominated for 9 Doras, 3 Edmonton Sterlings, 2 Vancouver Jessies and 2 Broadway Worlds, a Calgary Betty Mitchell and Gemini and has won one of each. He has worked extensively in film, tv, and radio.

Past productions included shows with The Stratford Festival, Mirvish Productions, Theatre Aquarius, and others. Jennie is the winner of the 2016 Pauline McGibbon Award from the Ontario Arts Council.
