Select Performances Cancelled to Mitigate Coronavirus
The wellness of our patrons, staff, artists, volunteers, and extended community is of paramount importance. In the interest of physical distancing, and in compliance with government guidelines and public health authorities, Drayton Entertainment has cancelled select 2020 Season productions, special events, and rentals in an effort to mitigate the potential spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and we are doing our best to manage this unprecedented situation with the utmost care and compassion as quickly as possible. There are thousands of people impacted by the cancellations, and because of the high volume, it will take us time to reach out to everyone. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as our team works diligently to contact patrons to facilitate refunds, account credits, exchanges, or donations. Our Box Offices are closed to in-person traffic and operating remotely with reduced staffing capacity. Please rest assured that your money is safe and that we will get to your order as operational capabilities permit. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time – it means so much.
We recognize that this is an evolving situation. We will continue to reassess our policies and procedures as they relate to future performances based on recommendations from designated Canadian public health authorities and government agencies.
As a not-for-profit charitable arts organization, the impact of these lost performances is significant to everyone involved in our operations. We remain strong, and we will get through this together.
