General Questions

I am busy on Sunday nights. Will I be able to view the episodes at another time?
Yes, there is a 7-day viewing period per episode. Each episode is available for 7 days after purchase or after it airs. If you purchase the series in advance, you'll have 7 days after each episode airs to watch it. If you purchase an episode individually on or after its air date, you'll have 7 days from the time of purchase to watch it.

How many times can I watch the episode?
During the 7-day viewing period, you can watch the episode as many times as you want.

How long are the episodes?
Each episode is approximately 60 minutes long.

I have friends and family who would like to watch the series. Can I share the episodes with them?
No, episodes are available to view per household only. Please do not share the episode links and passwords with anyone else or post them on social media. Please do not forward the viewing email. If you give someone else access with your email, it may prevent you from watching the episode(s). Backstage Pass can only be viewed by one user or household per purchase.

I missed a previous episode! Can I still view it?
Episodes are available to purchase until the series concludes on April 3. Once purchased, there is a 7-day viewing period per episode. If you purchase an episode individually on or after its air date, you'll have 7 days from the time of purchase to watch it.
 

Communication & Technical Questions

There are a couple of things we want to make sure you know so that your viewing experience is as seamless as possible.

Communication
Your email address is the unique identifying element that gives you access to view the episodes. When you purchase Backstage Pass tickets, you will received an order confirmation from us by email. This initial email from us includes details of your purchase. You will receive another email from us when the episode becomes available to view.

What if I didn't get the initial email?
If you did not receive the confirmation email, please look in your junk mail folder; sometimes emails from new senders end up in there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us so that we can check your account to ensure that the correspondence is reissued to your correct email address.

If you find the email in junk, please move it to your regular inbox and add it to your address book to mark it as a “safe sender” for future. A Safe Senders List, also commonly referred to as a White List, is a list of all email addresses you would like to receive email from without impediment. By default, email messages that you add to your own personal address book are considered safe and will not be re-routed to your junk email folder. Please add Drayton Entertainment boxoffice@draytonentertainment.com to your address book or contact list so we are marked as a safe sender.

I got the email!
If you did receive your confirmation email, you are good to go for the Sunday episode(s). The viewing link will come in a separate email from us at around 6:00 p.m. on the day the episode airs. Once you receive the email, you can simply click the watch link, enter the password, and start viewing.

Please note: Buying two tickets under the same email address will only give you access to one link. If you want to be able to watch Backstage Pass on multiple devices, please purchase tickets via separate email addresses.

Technical Elements

What browser can I watch the stream on?
We recommend these browsers for watching the stream: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

What happens if I receive the viewing email with the link but it doesn’t work?
When you click the link to view the episode you’ll be taken to the Vimeo platform and asked to enter a password. If you need assistance, please contact us at boxoffice@draytonentertainment.com and we will reissue the link and password to you.

What happens if I don’t receive the vewing email with the link?
Contact us at boxoffice@draytonentertainment.com and we will reissue the link and password.

Casting to TV
There is a Vimeo Streaming App which allows you to watch the show through Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick, or Chromecast, if you choose. You can also watch the show on a computer or tablet device like an iPad using an internet browser. Click here for tips on streaming the series to your TV.

Skipping or Lagging Playback
Make sure your internet connection speed supports video streaming and is at least 12 mbps (megabytes per second). You can check your internet speed at www.fast.com.
Make sure you are using a supported internet browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

Can I switch the device that I am watching the episode on if I want to?
Yes, you can watch the episodes on a variety of devices, just not simultaneously. i.e. if you start watching on a computer and then want to switch over to an iPad or TV, you can do that. Just log out or close the episode on the first device and then click the link again on the new device. This will not work if you are still logged in on the first device. Ultimately, you can move from iPad to TV or the reverse similar to Netflix.
