Drayton Festival Theatre - Celebrates its 20 Anniversary Season!
The Drayton Festival Theatre is a renovated 1902 Opera House, boasting wonderful acoustic qualities. This former Town Hall has a rich history of entertaining audiences with the finest talent in professional theatre, including such legendary performers as Beatrice Lillie.
The venue contains 375 seats, with a main floor and balcony.
Located only 35 minutes north of Kitchener-Waterloo, the Drayton Festival Theatre offers a pleasant scenic drive through rolling farmland and quaint villages. Buy tickets.

From Kitchener-Waterloo, Elmira and Toronto (via Kitchener-Waterloo)
- Take Highway 401 westbound.
- Take Highway 7 & 8 to Kitchener-Waterloo at Exit 278.
- Take Highway 85 North to Waterloo.
- Follow the highway through Elmira, which becomes Regional Road 21.
- When you come to a T intersection, turn right onto County Road 17.
- Take the first road to the left, which is marked with a flashing yellow light. This is County Road 8 and is marked with a large Drayton Festival Theatre sign. This road will take you right into Drayton.
- Turn left at the stoplight onto Wellington Street. The Drayton Festival Theatre is located one block up on the left side, or go straight through the stoplight to the large paved municipal parking lot on the left.

From Guelph and Toronto (via Guelph)
- Take Highway 401 westbound to Guelph
- Take Highway 6 North (exit 295) to Guelph
- HWY-6 North becomes the Hanlon Parkway. Continue northbound toward Woodlawn Rd W, at which point the Hanlon Parkway comes to an end.
- Turn right at Woodlawn Rd W to reconnect with Highway 6 at Woolwich St.
- Turn left at Woolwich Street.
- Continue on HWY-6 to County Road-7
- Turn Left at County Road-7, which becomes Elora Street South and takes you past the town of Elora and Salem.
- When you enter the village of Alma, you will come to a stoplight at County Road-17.
- Turn left onto Country Road-17.
- Continue to the flashing yellow light and turn right. This is County Road 8 and is marked with a large Drayton Festival Theatre sign. This road will take you right into Drayton.
- Turn left at the stoplight onto Wellington Street. The Drayton Festival Theatre is located one block up on the left side, or go straight through the stoplight to the large paved municipal parking lot on the left.

From London (North) and Stratford
- Take Highway 4 (Richmond St.) to Elginfield.
- Turn right onto Highway 7 to Stratford.
- In Stratford, Highway 7 becomes Erie Street. Turn left at Huron/Ontario Streets, followed by a quick right onto Mornington Street (also called Highway 119).
- Take Highway 119 and turn right onto County Road 121. Continue through Poole and Millbank.
- Turn right onto Highway 86.
- In the hamlet of Dorking, turn left onto Country Road 11 - you will then meet a stop sign, turn right, followed by a quick left onto the first road - a continuation of Country Road 11. There is also a directional sign for Drayton. If you enter the village of Glen Allan, you have missed the turn.
- Continue on Country Road 11 for approximately 10 kilometres to the town of Drayton.
- In the town of Drayton, Country Road 11 becomes Wellington Street. The theatre is located at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side.
