Group Booking Policy

Group Tickets

Group bookings require a minimum order of 20 tickets per performance. Tickets must be for the same performance date and time. All seats are reserved. Special events may not be available at this price. Groups pay one low handling fee of $10 per order.

Payment Terms

A $100 refundable deposit is required for each booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the performance. A full refund of the deposit is available if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the performance. Deposits will not be refunded if trips are cancelled within 30 days of the performance. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Ticket Prices

Effective July 1st, 2010, Ontario will be "harmonizing" its sales tax system; instead of 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST), there will be a single 13% Harmonized SalesTax (HST). Previously, theatre tickets were only subject to GST and not PST. Under the new single sales tax system, theatre tickets will be subject to Harmonized Sales Tax - an 8% increase in taxation. A transition period begins on May 1, 2010.

Group ticket prices for the 2010 season are as follows:

• All group tickets purchased prior to May 1 are $33.00 each and include current GST.

• All group tickets purchased after April 30 for performances occurring prior to July 1 are $33.00 each and include current GST.

• All group tickets purchased after April 30 for performances occurring after June 30 are $35.50 each and include the new HST.

Paying For Your Tickets

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Drayton Entertainment Gift Certificates, money orders (in Canadian Funds), cheques payable to Drayton Entertainment and we'll even accept cash.

Complimentary Tickets

Complimentary tickets are available to the group leader and bus driver if applicable; one complimentary ticket per 20 tickets purchased. Complimentary tickets are at the discretion of the group sales department.

Seating

Drayton Entertainment strives to give groups the best seats available upon booking. It may be necessary to split seating
into smaller groups in order to accommodate the entire order.

All Drayton Entertainment venues are wheelchair accessible, and are equipped with special seating locations.
Please indicate the required number of wheelchair seats when ordering tickets.

Groups should arrive at the theatre no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance time. 

Please include the name of your organization, the name of the contact person, telephone number, fax number, and your complete mailing address. Indicate your choice of performance, including the date and time.
