There are two Drayton Entertainment venues in St. Jacobs Country. Bordering the city of Waterloo, the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse has quickly become a source of tremendous pride for the community. Operating year-round, the 398-seat venue features a raked layout that affords each seat a fantastic view of the stage. It is also air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible.

The 2009 playbill at St. Jacobs Country Playhouse offers the spectrum of theatrical delights. From the perfect rags-to-riches musical comedy Me and My Girl to the traditional Christmas Pantomime Robin Hood full of music and laughter – audiences will be dazzled all season long!

The St. Jacobs Schoolhouse Theatre is located downtown in the Village of St. Jacobs. With its intimate, cabaret-style set-up, the 120-seat Schoolhouse Theatre offers a relaxed approach to professional theatre and an exclusivity factor that may hold just the cachet you desire.

The award-winning musical comedy, 2 Pianos 4 Hands, plays from September through December at the Schoolhouse Theatre. This hilarious comedy follows two boys, Ted and Richard, as they strive for concert pianist stardom.

There are several Private Performance dates available throughout the 2009 Season – no matter what time of year you want to host your event we have a dynamic production available – as many groups book early, we recommend you reserve your date as soon as possible!
