Please read the information below carefully before proceeding to our Online Ticket Order Form.

Terms & Conditions

To purchase tickets to any performance occuring within the next 48 hours, please contact the Box Office directly. Online orders for these performances cannot be confirmed. Check here for Box Office hours and locations.

• All ticket sales are final - no refunds.
• Free exchange privileges for Members only. Click here to Become A Member
• Non-Members may exchange their tickets for another date (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the performance. A service charge of $4.00 per ticket applies.
• If an alternate date is not available, Non-Members may choose to return the tickets for a tax-deductible donation of their value to Drayton Entertainment.

Drayton Entertainment is a member of PACT (Professional Association of Canadian Theatres) and engages professional artists under the Canadian Theatre Agreement.

Paying For Your Tickets

If you are paying for your tickets in person, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Drayton Entertainment Gift Certificates, money orders (in Canadian funds), cheques, and we'll even accept cash! For online orders, we accept VISA and Mastercard.

Picking-up Your Tickets

Tickets for any Drayton Entertainment production can be picked up at any of our theatres. Check here for Box Office hours and locations. For tickets purchased online, if your selected performance is within 7 days of the time you placed the order, we will hold the tickets at the Box Office of your venue. Otherwise, your tickets will be sent to you through Canada Post.

Handling Charge

There is a $4.00 handling charge per order on all telephone, fax, mail, and email orders. For groups of 20 or more, a handling charge of $7.00 applies.

Ordering Your Tickets Online

Drayton Entertainment makes use of the latest technology to ensure the security of your credit card information.

Our Online Ticket Order Form is displayed in a secure environment using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts data between our computer and yours. Your browser will verify that Drayton Entertainment has the digital certificate provided by VeriSign(tm), largely regarded as the industry standard for secure transactions. In this way, all sensitive information you provide during the checkout process (including credit card and address information) is encrypted while travelling the Internet.

2008 Season Online Ticket Order Form

If you are ready to purchase your tickets, please use the link above to proceed to our secure Online Ticket Order Form. You must indicate the show, date, time and venue for your selected performances. The Order Form will open in a new window, so it's possible to go back and forth between the order form and the website if you would like to refer to the information page for your shows to check dates and times etc. Please note, your order is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from our Box Office with your seat numbers. The Box Office will contact you if they have any questions regarding your order.
