Making Theatre Accessible For Everyone

Drayton Entertainment is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to patrons with disabilities. These policies focus on the core principles of access, dignity, independence, integrity and equal opportunity. Service animals and support persons for individuals with disabilites are always welcome.

Infrared Hearing Devices

Complimentary Infrared Headsets for the hearing impaired are available at the Box Office prior to the performance.

Wheelchair Accessibility

If a wheelchair is required, please inform the Box Office when purchasing tickets.

No Babes In Arms Policy

The sudden cry from an infant is not only disruptive to the performers and audience, but can hinder the emotional impact of a magical moment occurring on stage. For this reason, and for safety, babes in arms will not be admitted to the performance.

Theatre Etiquette

In order that everyone may enjoy the performance, and in consideration to the performers on stage, late-comers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of House Management. As well, please note that the use of recording devices or taking of photos is prohibited. In consideration of those who have allergies, perfume and cologne should be used in moderation. As a further courtesy, we ask any patrons with a wristwatch alarm to kindly reset it. Personal pagers and cellular telephones disturb the audience and performers, and should be turned off. Physicians, kindly leave your seat location with the Box Office.
